SEYMOUR — Skylar Walden had a realization.
The King’s Academy star guard sat in the locker room inside Tibbetts Gymnasium on Friday night after an unusually quiet first half and her Lady Lions team trailing Ezell-Harding in a do-or-die Division II-A state quarterfinal game.
That’s when she began to think of the possibility of her season ending in the ensuing 20 minutes.
