5STAR PREPS Baseball Preview – 2020
Yep, it’s that time again.
Baseball is back.
And the Greater Knoxville Area is once again replete with big-time talent.
Class AAA defending champion Farragut is nationally ranked. CAK won Division II-A last season and could do so again.
Pigeon Forge and Loudon made state tournament appearances in Class AA and look ready to return in 2020.
Greenback won it all in Class A in 2019, but saw its roster purged by graduation and a coaching change.
Alcoa (Class AA), Webb (Division II-A), Hardin Valley (Class AAA), Powell (Class AAA) and Catholic (Division II-AA) could be sneaky good.
