Last week, prediction models fared relatively well in projecting all 44 games that included 5Star Preps area teams.
Though we didn’t forecast the Alcoa-Maryville, Halls-Oak Ridge and Meigs County-Chattanooga Preps games all going to overtime, 5Star Preps still accurately predicted the winners of those games.
Our worst miss: Seymour proved us wrong and posted a big Week One win over Gatlinburg-Pittman.
With 40 more games involving teams from our area, the 5Star Preps prediction engine has retooled and refocused its efforts and bettering the win percentage.
