Sullivan Biddle saw his team start to “flow” with him toward the end zone.
He hauled in a wobbly, errant throw from Fulton second-string QB Ethan Gideon and began the trek toward the black-painted turf. He arrived, with a convoy of his teammates, for the biggest touchdown celebration of the night.
Biddle’s first varsity interception was the nail in the coffin for any hope of a Fulton comeback as Central raced to a 42-0 victory on Friday night at home.
“It felt amazing,” Biddle said. “Being able to just see them fold — that was the final straw.”
