HARRIMAN – Getting back to the state tournament is a primary goal for the Coalfield girls’ basketball team.
Enjoying the process is another goal stressed by Coalfield coach Josh Wright.
And nobody knows that better than his daughter Lily Wright, a 6-foot sophomore guard and two-time District 3-A Player of the Year.
“He’s very big on making the game fun,” Lily said, “because at the end of the day, it is a game, and you’re supposed to enjoy it.”
They sure enjoyed Thursday night’s District 3-A tournament semifinal game.
