Leah Sohm was a standout multi-sport athlete for Gibbs High School and Carson-Newman. Now, she’s the news softball coach at CAK.

Longtime Gibbs High School softball coach Carol Mitchell knows special when she sees it.
After all, Mitchell has won over 1,000 games in her career and has led Gibbs Softball to state championships galore.
One of her all-time greats is Leah Sohm, now the new head softball coach at Christian Academy of Knoxville (CAK).
“Leah is one of the best athletes I’ve ever coached,” Mitchell said. “Her passion and leadership are truly special, and I know she’ll bring that same fire to coaching at CAK.”
