The beat just goes on and on at quarterback for Anderson County.
Dating back to 2009-10 when Tanner Williams broke several state records with the offensive-minded Mavericks, Anderson County has churned out top-tier quarterbacks under coach Davey Gillum.
“We’re a quarterback-centric offense,” said Gillum. “We try and maximize the quarterback position.
“There’s no position in sports that can change the dynamics more than quarterback.”
