The TSSAA and Tennessee Titans announced their semifinalists Thursday for the 2026 Mr. Football Awards.
Five semifinalists were selected in all nine classifications, as well as five more semifinalists for the Mr. Football Kicker award.
Final Mr. Football voting concluded following the end of the regular season, meaning the postseason has no bearing on whichever players wind up winning the honors.
Coaches and media from around the state vote for players via an online ballot, and then a committee of select media assesses the online totals and weeds through the results to vote for semifinalists, finalists and winners.
The Tennessee Titans will announce the finalists for Mr. Football at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24 during the “Titans Football with Robert Saleh” show.
The winners will be unveiled on Tuesday, Dec. 8, during a ceremony held at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.
