The resignation of longtime head football coach Rob Black at Fulton High School on Feb. 9 was more than unexpected.
The Falcons have found a successor, though — one from within who could provide continued stabilization and continuity.
Fulton promoted defensive coordinator Jeff McMillan to head coach.
